aureliademark.com offers complimentary UPS ground shipping to US addresses. If your order is needed sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. All orders are shipped insured and require a signature upon delivery. Aurelia Demark is not responsible for any carrier shipping delays and all orders are subject to inventory availability.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for the duty and any other applicable charges.
Please note that since all shipments require a signature upon delivery, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes, UPS or Fedex Retail Locations.
Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Most of our offering is made to order, however, we do stock some jewelry pieces. Please email us for pieces that are ready for immediate shipment.
For made-to-order pieces, please allow 20 business days for production time in addition to the chosen shipping method. Email email@example.com for specific questions regarding your order. Orders with personalization will take an additional 7-10 business days to complete.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date you received your order. Returns or exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered jewelry items returned in original packaging (Aurelia Demark box and pouch). We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we find the request is not within reason and the piece has been used improperly.
For a return, your account will be credited in full minus the original shipping charges as well as a $50 restocking fee. For an exchange, we will credit the original order amount minus the original shipping charge.
Custom orders and engraved jewelry items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Please ensure that all pieces, including flat surfaces, are protected when returning. Chains should be separated from a pendant to prevent scratching during shipping.
We only accept returns for orders shipped to a U.S address. International orders are final sale; once shipped they are ineligible for an exchange or return.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage customers to insure their return and use a shipping method where a tracking number is provided. Aurelia Demark is not responsible for returns that are not insured.
If you purchased an Aurelia Demark jewelry piece from a different retailer and would like to exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from aureliademark.com.
Kindly note, we are a small company and do not operate like the big box retailers with a large team to handle returns. We process each order carefully and hope you love our jewelry as much as we do.
